Design Elements of Interior
Design elements include space, line, shape, color and texture. The principles of design relate to how you use these elements and are balance, emphasis, rhythm, proportion and scale, and the harmony and unity.
Element # 1: Space
Space defines the boundaries and set limits on the functional and decorative things you can do. Normally, you will not define the space, but you will cope more effectively with the challenge of the existing space.
Element # 2: Line
The lines in a game, are only important from the color when it comes to creating a mood or a general feeling coming from a room. The lines of the curtains, the dominant line in space. In most situations, the dominant line is straight (vertical, horizontal or diagonal) as curves.
o Vertical lines add height and dignity, creating a formal atmosphere. The vertical lines in consideration of the horizontal lines in most of the furniture.
o The horizontal lines tend to create a relaxed, informal feeling. They also work in sports halls or strong vertical discharge of official documents.

Element # 3: Form
The lines that connect to prepare the form or shape of an object that affects the general feeling of a room. Straight lines create rectangles, squares and triangles. The curved lines make circles and ovals. Triangles provide stability and smooth curved edges of objects.
Element # 4: Color
More than any other element, color can be a beautiful room. Color, the mood. It can hide unsightly elements, or draw attention to the focus. Even with the simple design, the proper use of the color change a room.
Element # 5: Texture
Texture plays an increasingly important role in the decoration of the house. visual texture is the apparent softness of the material or roughness. To maintain and strengthen a feeling occasional use of substances that are heavier textured, rough or nubby visual texture.
